On the day we can offer fully decorated large wedding suites like Pheonix and Papaveri, a bridal preparation suite, mezzanine areas, outdoor gardens, ample reception space and, of course, the bridal suite and lots of bedrooms for your guests. Every corner of the hotel can be designed and dressed to make your special day picture-perfect.
Marriage Ceremonies
Draycote is licensed for civil marriage ceremonies for up to 140 guests and provides a stunning wedding spaces for your reception. So, you do not need to book two venues, have the marriage ceremony and the wedding celebration all under one roof of fairy lights and magic.

Draycote Hotel is located in 150 acres of rolling, Warwickshire countryside dotted with forests of trees, ponds, landscaped gardens and the serene setting of Draycote Water. Our outdoor spaces offer a glorious setting for your wedding. The pergola, and our our award-winning, 18-hole championship golf course, provides a beautiful focal point for outdoor vows, while the lush gardens create the ideal setting for cherished photographs that capture the magic of your day. Our packages include a buggy trip out to Draycote Waters for the newly-wed couple amid a lush lakeside setting.

Yes, we are licensed for civil ceremonies up to 160 guests.
How many guests can Draycote Hotel accommodate for weddings?
We can accommodate up to 160 guests for the ceremony and Wedding Breakfast and up to 200 guests for the evening reception.
How many rooms are available for wedding guests at Draycote Hoel?
We have 49 bedrooms in total including double, twin and family rooms. Upon confirmation of your wedding, we will hold 10 bedrooms provisionally for your guests to ring up and book. We hold these rooms till 8 weeks prior to your wedding day. If at 8 weeks prior there are still rooms on the block available, these rooms are released back to general sale and any future wedding bookings will be quoted our best available rate at time of booking.
Does Draycote Hotel have wedding coordinators to help plan the day?
Yes, you will have a designated point of contact for Draycote Hotel who will guide you through the planning process and what we require from you as your chosen venue. They will be on hand to answer and questions you may have, book menu tastings in and liaise with any external suppliers. They will also be there on the day to ensure the smooth running of your wedding day.
Can we hire Draycote Hotel exclusively for our wedding day?
Yes, we offer an Exclusive Use package for use of the entire hotel for your wedding day. This includes all bedrooms, function space and communal areas. Please contact the Events Team for a quote for exclusive use.
Does Draycote Hotel offer all-inclusive wedding packages?
Yes, we have 2 packages to choose from, our Solitaire Package and Winter Package. These packages are both all-inclusive however we can also quote for a bespoke package if there are any specific requirements you were looking for.
Are evening wedding receptions available at Draycote Hotel?
Yes, if you are looking to get married elsewhere and are just wanting to have a party here at Draycote Hotel, we can quote a bespoke package for you for just the evening reception.
What are the best photo locations around Draycote Hotel for weddings?
With the hotel surrounded by our golf course, couples have easy access to a variety of scenic photo locations. Transport across the grounds can be arranged via golf buggy, and a dedicated member of our team is available to guide you to the most picturesque spots, ensuring you make the most of the surroundings on your special day. Our favourite spots include the pergola on the front lawn, the Willow Tree on the golf course, Draycote Waters at the far end of the golf course and our brand new pergola near the far end of the course.
Can you have an outdoor wedding ceremony at Draycote Hotel?
Yes, we do have a licence for outdoor ceremonies. This ceremony would be held on our front lawn with our picturesque pergola in the background. Please note that additional chair covers and sashes would be required to set up outside. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the decision to proceed with an outdoor ceremony will be at the Registrar’s discretion. Please note that if the ceremony is relocated to our Phoenix Suite, chair covers and sashes will be non-refundable.
Can couples customise their wedding menus at Draycote Hotel?
As part of the wedding planning experience, couples are invited to enjoy a complimentary menu tasting, featuring a selection of two starters, two main courses and two desserts from our wedding breakfast menu. This provides the opportunity to refine your chosen dishes, discuss any adjustments with our chefs and ensure every element is tailored to your preferences. We also welcome bespoke cuisine requests and are delighted to create customised menus to reflect your individual tastes, traditions and style of celebration.
Are there bridal preparation suites available at Draycote Hotel?
The preparation package allows you access to our Dunsmore Suite from first thing in the morning on your wedding day. The Dunsmore can accommodate up to 20 guests and has plenty of space for hair, makeup, and photos! Included in the package, you will be provided with Prosecco, fresh orange juice, a sliced fruit platter, mini pastries, and tea and coffee for all of your guests. The package is ideal for larger groups to get ready together in a private environment and is an ideal arrangement if you are booking professional hair and makeup artists for yourself and your guests.
