Shirley Griffin25 June 2026We weren’t staying at the hotel but had afternoon tea here today. Really nice finger sandwiches and delicious patisserie choice. Staff were very friendly and professional. Really pleasant atmosphere and decor. We will be returning. I can highly recommend a visit.Posted on Google

Cainhoe Woods Senior Captain's Trip Our first visit to Draycote Hotel and Whitefield's Golf Club with 28 guys. We booked via YGT as Captain's choice if venue, I organised all arrangements on his behalf upto format and golf competitions. We did a Sunday driver trip with dinner bed and breakfast and everything was like clockwork booking in is usually really stressful and a bun fight fir checking in. We were greeted by Georgia at reception who ensured everything was seamless. Debbie the event manager ensured all and everything was catered for, with a confident smile on face. The Proshop were just as efficient and our pre-ordered buggies were lined up waiting for us on both days. The golf course was well presented and surfaces were in good condition with superfast true greens. An interesting layout giving both long and short holes different challenges on tree lined fairways. On sunday was a real treat as The Fairway Sports bar had a giant screen showing sunday Premier league football. The bar was a great space with glass walls and sliding roof. An inside outside bar, pretty cool. Our food was pre-ordered and served with military precision, not one complaint to be had for portion size or quality. Hat's off to the service team. William B9 August 2026Great customer service My partner and I were put up at the Draycote Hotel after breaking down on the M6. The reservation was made late, but the reception staff were a great help and got us a drink from the bar on arrival. Check in was easy and we were quickly comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Not as high end finish as the rest of the facilities. Day time reception staff were fabulous. Especially Jo and Georgie who went beyond the extra mile to help us. Fifi8305 July 2026Quick stop Travelling home from Grand Prix and wanted to break journey up. Nice hotel. Clean. Decor a little dated in places especially on outside of hotel but overall perfectly reasonable place fir a short stay. Reception staff really helpful and polite on check in.

"We had a really lovely experience from start to finish. The check in was smooth and welcoming and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing night away. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and well organised, with plenty of choice. Overall, it was a great short stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!"
"I can say that all our requirements were handled very well. Breakfast was nicely prepared and little fresh flowers on each to table were very much appreciated. Everything was clean and the staff were always very friendly. Even the cleaning lady at the toilets was very willing to help and very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel again and again. "The receptionist was extremely helpful with accommodating my dietary requirements. She printed out the menu, highlighted all the options I could eat and checked everything with the chef. Brilliant service!"

"A beautiful venue... comfortable beds, well decorated and equipped for a peaceful stay. The receptionist gave us an excellent welcome. She went above and beyond to help us booking in and gave some great advice on dietary requirements as my husband is diabetic. We'd previously had a conversation when we booked and she had remembered my request. I was impressed! The room was clean and tidy, the beds really comfortable, and it was Q U I E T. Staff service and facilities were very good"
Golf
"We went to Draycote on a golfing trip with group of 12. Superbly looked after by excellent staff and the rooms, recently refurbished, are comfortable and well appointed. Booked 3-courseurse meal for the group and this was absolutely top notch with everyone in the group agreeing that the meal was first rate. The golf shop was well stocked and the range was excellent with top tracer turned on in all bays. Golf course was challenging and tight in places but very well kept. Great stay and would definitely recommend."
"An enjoyable venue for a three-day golf break. The course is a really good 'holiday course,'... challenging in places, special in places, but you don't lose too many balls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The new sports bar/restaurant area with a retractable roof and giant screen was excellent."

"We came here for afternoon tea treated mum and grandma for a belated mother’s day treat and we were not disappointed everything was beyond expectation. We originally booked for 7 but only 6 of us were able to make it but they were so thoughtful that they provided food as if there were 7 of us (we took some bits home). The sandwiches were delightful the scones were fresh and warm beautiful, we were full after eating the sandwiches and scones, the staff gave us takeaway boxes to take our cakes home. We were looked after extremely well. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend booking for afternoon tea you will not be disappointed. Great price too!"

"Our daughter recently had her wedding at Draycote Hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. Many of the guests commented on how clean, bright & spacious the hotel was. Everyone said how wonderful the food was & that it was still piping hot when it reached the tables. All of the staff were amazing. There wasn't anything they couldn't do for us. We would highly recommend the Draycote Hotel to others."
"We had our wedding at Draycote Hotel and I honestly could not recommend it more highly. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Sasha stepped in to coordinate our day at the very last minute, and she was absolutely incredible. She ensured everything ran seamlessly and took all the stress off us — nothing was too much trouble, and the day was truly perfect. The entire conference and events team were outstanding. So many of our guests commented on how professional, attentive, and welcoming they were throughout the day. The level of service was faultless and the management of the wedding exceptional. The venue itself is beautiful, the hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable, and accessible, and everything was clearly very well looked after. We held our ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception all in the same room, and the turnaround between each part of the day was flawless. It was handled so smoothly that we barely noticed it happening. Thank you to everyone at The Draycote Hotel for helping make our wedding day so special. We couldn’t have asked for more."
