Really nice finger sandwiches and delicious patisserie choice. Staff were very friendly and professional. Really pleasant atmosphere and decor. We will be returning. Posted on TripadvisorVerified Great customer service My partner and I were put up at the Draycote Hotel after breaking down on the M6. The reservation was made late, but the reception staff were a great help and got us a drink from the bar on arrival. Check in was easy and we were quickly comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Not as high end finish as the rest of the facilities. Day time reception staff were fabulous. Especially Jo and Georgie who went beyond the extra mile to help us. Decor a little dated in places especially on outside of hotel but overall perfectly reasonable place fir a short stay. An enjoyable venue for a three day golf break. The course is a good 'holiday course,' challenging in places, special in places, but you don't lose too many balls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The new bar/restaurant area with a retractable roof and giant screen was excellent.
