Megan is not only our new Wedding & Conference Coordinator, but also our Customer Service Champion overseeing the consolidation and action of our guest reviews and customer feedback. Her commitment to ensuring all our customer feedback is considered and actioned to improve services across the hotel has greatly contributed to Draycote Hotel winning several customer Service Awards recently including TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Top 10 Award 2026; Meetings Industry Association Accredited Venue; World Host Accredited Business for Outstanding Customer Service; and the Kayak Hotel Travel Awards 2026. Draycote Hotel are also shortlisted in 2026 for Outstanding Guest Review with Guest Revue. Many of these outstanding awards are due to Megan’s commitment to exceeding the expectations of our guests and customers.
