Jas leads our ‘award-winning’ kitchen brigade and is responsible for all food menu creation, production and delivery. He brings substantial experience to Draycote from his time working in the Middle East in 5-Star, deluxe hotel properties. The culinary team is responsible for the production of our restaurant, Lounge and Sports Bar menus; Whitefields golf menus for our Fairways bar and Toptracer Driving Range; and for all our conference, events, banqueting and wedding menus. Wherever possible, they use fresh locally-sourced, ingredients and the kitchen are especially renowned for their authentic, specialty Indian menus.
