Allan Coates, our Food & Beverage Manager has been working in Hospitality for over 35 Years. Starting out on a Management Youth Training Scheme, his first Management role was in Housekeeping before working at Heathrow as a Night Manager. Allan also has over 10-years experience in reception and front of house management before moving into Food and Beverage in 4-star hotels. Indeed, there is not a lot about hotels and hospitality Allan doesn’t know having also ran pubs and restaurants both in England and Spain. In his spare time, Allan enjoys Football and particularly following Coventry City Football Club, so we are sure he will be absolutely delighted with their recent promotion to the Premiership.
