Draycote Hotel Celebrates Award-Winning Month While Supporting Regional Hospitality Growth

Draycote Hotel was delighted to host the recent Coventry & Warwickshire Hotel & Accommodation General Manager (GM) Association meeting, welcoming hospitality leaders from across the region for a morning of Associationing, collaboration and industry insight.

Launched by Destination Coventry, the Coventry & Warwickshire Hotel & Accommodation General Manager (GM) Association provides local hospitality and accommodation managers with a dedicated forum to share best practice, discuss industry challenges, influence regional event strategies and work collaboratively to strengthen the visitor economy across Coventry and Warwickshire.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for General Managers and hospitality professionals from across the region to come together, share experiences and hear about the latest developments and initiatives supporting tourism, events and accommodation across the area.

The event comes at the end of an exciting month for Draycote Hotel, which has been recognised with a number of prestigious industry accolades, including the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award and the KAYAK Travel Award. These achievements reflect the hotel’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards expected by visitors.

The Hotel’s Reception and Housekeeping teams have played a vital role in achieving these successes, with their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service consistently reflected in guest reviews, and it was a proud moment to see Reception Manager, Debbie Kara, and Housekeeping Manager, Ildiko Bielikne, collect the awards on behalf of Draycote.

From creating a warm welcome on arrival to ensuring every room is presented to the highest standard, the teams work tirelessly to provide memorable experiences for guests. The positive feedback shared by visitors has been instrumental in helping Draycote achieve these accolades and showcases the passion, care and pride that goes into every stay at Draycote.

Continuing its focus on delivering excellence in guest experience, Draycote Hotel has also entered the GuestRevu GREAT Awards, which celebrate outstanding achievements within the hospitality industry. The entry reflects the hotel’s ongoing commitment to listening to guest feedback, enhancing the visitor experience and recognising the team’s dedication to service excellence.
