To Secure your Afternoon Tea Reservation, Full Payment is required at time of booking. Payments can be made online or over the phone, or in person.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Restaurant Bookings for 12 guest or more require a pre-order of food choices. The Finalised Pre – Order and confirm numbers of guest must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Allergies guest are requested to inform the hotel of any dietary requirments or allergies.
