Revenue Manager

This role would be suitable for someone that is looking for their next challenge.

You should have a strong knowledge of reservations and an understanding of revenue management. This exciting opportunity would suit someone who can optimise and grow revenue within both rooms and meetings and events.

You will be responsible for the reception team and sales office offering your support and guidance on all enquiries from group and conference to golf breaks and weddings whilst encouraging and promoting a proactive sales culture. You will work alongside the General Manager and report to the Group Operations Director.

You are looking for your next step into revenue management. It would be an advantage to have a strong working knowledge of Opera or similar reservations systems.

Main duties include, but not limited to:

  • Analysing data and historical patterns
  • Daily, weekly & monthly tracking and rate settingForecasting & working with the finance team to set annual budgets

Food & Beverage Services Manager

As an F&B Services Manager, you are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the department operate efficiently to maximum profitability. As Food & Beverage Services Manager you will be financial responsibility for the departments, training and development of the team and ensure all service is of the highest quality. Our F&B Services Manager will set the service stands for all food & beverage service areas to exceed guest’s expectations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Oversee and manage all F&B service operations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of F&B.
  • Optimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action.
  • Set achievable budgets and other short- and long-term functional goals.

Main Duties

The Kitchen Porter role involves a range of duties including; ensuring that all items of crockery, cutlery, kitchen surfaces and service equipment are kept clean and maintained in a hygienic condition, ready for use.

You will assist Kitchen and Food Service team members as required in order to ensure that our guests receive the highest standards of service.

The role will involve making reservations, covering reception and reporting to the Front of House Manager. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service in an efficient and professional manner at all times.

As Hotel Receptionist, your duties will be varied to include:

  • Welcoming guests and accurately completing all reception documentation
  • Answering the telephone in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all calls are passed to the relevant department/persons when necessary
  • Taking reservations and entering bookings on to the hotel reservation system, up selling products where possible
