Once you have decided upon a date for your wedding, please contact our wedding co-ordinator who will check our availability.

They will then make a provisional booking if you wish which will be held for 2 weeks, after which we will require written confirmation from you along with a deposit of £500. If no confirmation is received within 14 days then the booking will be released automatically.

At this stage we will also need to know your minimum numbers and approximate timings for your wedding. A copy of the terms and conditions and a wedding agreement will be sent, which will need to be signed and returned to the hotel within 14 days.

We will contact you approximately 8 weeks before your big day to arrange an appointment with us to discuss final details. At this point we will answer all your questions and run through your day from the moment you arrive to the final dance of the evening.

Once we have had our meeting with you we will then send to you an approximate costing for the wedding. This will need to be settled 4 weeks before the big day. Any outstanding balance will be invoiced to you after the day.

As the Draycote Hotel is set in 130 acres there is plenty of opportunity to take photographs for your Wedding. 2009 sees the addition of our ‘Enchanted Wedding Garden’ which is an exciting addition to our beautiful grounds. Our suggestion for the Bride and Groom is a picture by the exquisite Draycote Water. Come out on a golf buggy and enjoy the beautiful setting.

Minimum numbers apply to Weddings on Saturday only. For any other day of the week we do not operate a minimum number.

Although we do not offer a discount for our weddings, if you were to hold a wedding at the hotel on a day other than a Saturday the following would be included in the rate: Chair Covers for your Wedding Breakfast with choice of Organza Bow. Free upgrade of our various drinks packages. Discounted Rate for the Bride and Groom at the luxurious Tregenna Castle in St Ives (subject to availability). Minimum numbers for our function suites would not be applicable.

The special rate for your wedding guests for accommodation at the hotel would be £65.00 for a single room and £75.00 for a double room inclusive of breakfast. These can be booked direct with the hotel quoting your name as reference.
