We are licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 200 guests. We offer a great deal of flexibility in both choice of rooms and menus, so you can be sure of enjoying the special day that you have dreamt of.

Draycote Hotel holds a civil wedding license, which allows your civil marriage ceremony to be held on the premises.

Wedding Packages
This is your special day and our fabulous views over Draycote Water, amazing food and attentive service will all play their part in making your dreams a reality. Your package will include:
- Room hire for reception drinks and wedding breakfast
- Room hire for evening event
- Overnight accommodation for the bride and groom on the evening of the reception
- White table linen and napkins
- Red carpet on arrival
- Special overnight accommodation rates for your wedding guests (subject to availability)
- Master of Ceremony to guide you through your special day

- Two golf buggies and driver to take you to Draycote Water for your all important wedding photos

Subject to availability January to March; minimum requirements for package 60 during day and 80 during evening.

Package B – £8.50 per person
- Glass of Kir Royal or Bucks Fizz per guest on arrival
- Half bottle of house red or white wine per guest during wedding breakfast

Package C – £9.95 per person
- Glass of Pimms or mulled wine per guest on arrival
- Half bottle of house red or white wine per guest during wedding breakfast
- Glass of sparkling wine for the toast
Package D – £12.95 per person
- Glass of Kir Royale or Summer Cup on arrival
- Half bottle of house red or white wine per guest during wedding breakfast
- Glass of pink champagne for the toast
All the arrival drinks are made with sparkling wine but you can ask our events team for an upgrade.
If you have your own ideas we will be pleased to discuss a price.
If you wish to bring your own wine the corkage rates are as follows:
£9.00 per bottle of 75cl of still wine
£15.00 per bottle of sparkling wine or champagne
As Draycote is such a popular venue for weddings, we have built up an enviable list of excellent local suppliers. Just tell us what finishing touches would make your perfect day and we can advise the right people.
Our wedding packages include many complimentary extras such as the cake knife, red carpet and the superb Master of Ceremony.
The following items are not included in your package, but we can organise some of these areas on your behalf to help take away some of the stress.
Chair Covers
We can provide chair covers with organza bows. Covers and bows are available in a variety of different colours from £4.00 per chair, to include delivery and set up.
Flowers
Several local florists are available to supply the top quality flowers, bouquets, button holes, table decorations etc. Please speak to our wedding coordinators.
Entertainment
We are able to supply all manner of entertainment including discos, bands, pianists, and trios. We also allow you to arrange your own DJ or Band if you would prefer.
