Surrounded by picturesque countryside, yet easily accessible from all motorway networks in the Midlands, it’s perfect for off-site conferences and some blue sky thinking. Reaching us couldn’t be simpler – Rugby railway station is a 10 minute taxi journey away and Birmingham Airport/NEC is just 21 miles away. Delegates arriving by car will find ample free parking.

Draycote Hotel in partnership with Whitefields Golf Club and Golf Course is committed to giving our busy travellers the best possible experience. We provide free high-speed wifi access for all visitors, whether they are with us for a meeting or a longer stay. The access codes are held on Reception and from there you can log on to your corporate network, access email, download music, shop or Google to your heart’s content for free. (Please be aware that dial-up, modem, and other forms of analogue internet connections which require telephone lines will be charged a fee.)

layout1This is the newest addition to our conferencing facilities. The Boardroom is ideal for executive conferencing, interviewing and private dining. It is modern, luxurious and naturally lit. The traditional oak boardroom table seats 10 people as a business meeting and 16 as a banqueting room. It features an HD TV with 50inch monitor and free wifi.

Phoenix provides the greatest flexibility for our guests. This self-contained suite can be subdivided into two or three rooms or kept as one large room. For our corporate visitors, it is ideal for large conferences, product launches, award dinners, team building exercises and presentation evenings. Other popular uses include dinner dances, charitable events and large celebrations.
